2. Politique d'Annulation/Cancellation policy

- Aucun remboursement.

- Annulation ou report de la réservation : aviser au moins 48 heures à l'avance et un crédit équivalent sera applicable à tout autre rendez-vous ultérieur dans une période de 60 jours.

- Annulation avec avis de moins de 48h ou non-présentation sans préavis : le plein tarif du service sera conservé comme frais d’annulation.

- No refunds.

- Cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment: notify at least 48 hours in advance, and an equivalent credit will be applied to any subsequent appointment within a period of 60 days.

- Cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice or no-show without prior notice: the full service fee will be retained as cancellation fees.
